The Script was founded by Usama Hossam Eldin, a seasoned novelist and screenwriter with over two decades of invaluable experience. Usama's journey began in comedy, crafting sketches for various programs on Moga Comedy channel before moving into advertising, where he penned over 300 commercials for Egypt's leading companies.
Driven by an insatiable passion for storytelling, he refined his craft through an extensive academic pursuit in the United States, studying at prestigious institutions like the New York Film Academy (NYFA), Script University, and UCLA. This culminated in him earning a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Screenwriting from NYFA.

Usama is also the author of 'Decoding the Script' (فك شفرة السيناريو ) , his Master's thesis, a seminal guide to the craft of screenwriting. His extensive portfolio includes acclaimed films like 'Khasesny Shukran,' 'The Blue Whale' , and 'Al Mesteraiha,' (currently in production) . He has also written for television series such as 'Khamas Daqaiq,' 'Al Jar lelJar,' 'Skoot Shat,' and 'Banoun.' With new projects currently in development, Usama continues to shape compelling narratives and mentor the next generation of storytellers.
